Farming of red seaweed Asparagopsis armata, in the middle of Lampaul bay, is perfectly respectful of the environment. No external substance is used. The concession was given after a positive judgment from IFREMER.

Batches stemming from fabrication are followed by a complete batch file, which enables to file all the steps of fabrication. Samples from every batch are kept in the sample library.
